OPEN INSPECTION PERIOD
Any taxpayer (or taxpayer’s written representative) desiring to appeal the property assessment must first hold a conference during or before the open inspection period with the Property Valuation Administrator (PVA). This is the last formal period to appeal or work with the PVA's office to lower the properties assessed amount (May 3rd through May 17th including Saturday's) before assessments are certified by the Department of Revenue.
