OPEN INSPECTION PERIOD (May 1st – May 15th)

The open inspection period is the last formal time frame to adjust or lower your real estate properties assessment for tax roll purposes. After this timeframe, all assessments will be locked and that will be the assessment used on the Property Tax bill that the Sheriff’s office sends out in October.
